Around 3:30 pm, while walking through my yard, saw 5 Monarchs flying. 2 were chasing 1 other Monarch. Could not determine their sexes, but based on the behavior thought 2 were males attempting to mate. The other 2 butterflies were flying over one of my large wildflower beds and nectaring.
