6:32 am. OH MY, OH MY!

I wS opening the five sets of blinds that cover the window facing the deck, and a hummingbird was flying towards the feeders.

It stopped. IT stared in the window at me. We held each other's gaze for a long time. I waved left to right at it and said hello. Prolly couldn't hear me, but, I was in a state of shock.

It eventually flew to feeder 3 and had big sips and left.
