A cold front arrived yesterday. It was 15° overnight & will be again overnight tonight.
Warm days, very cool nights.
***All 5 monarchs were male, vibrant in colour, pristine condition. 2 were nectaring on Swamp mw, 2 flitting about patrolling, one a 1/2 hr before sunset looking for a roost spot in our sycamore tree.
