Holy Smokes !!! I have a side area full of little pots growing new baby swamp weed plants. I believe I have a 100 pots with 3 plants each. I didn't check on them for a week or so. But today I did and I had 35 of these guys chomping on my baby plants. I removed them all and put them on the 4 foot mature plants I have. These all seemed to have a darker complexion than others I have of the same size. My other ones seem to be of a brighter yellow. I hope its a moulting thing and not disease.
