Monarch Blitz
26°c Sunny & humid. Very light wind.
Throughout the day every time I went outside at least 5 Monarchs were flying around. One settled once, a female on a dogwood tree to bask. The others never settled while I was out. Tried to get video but all were too fast, busy flitting about.
Did locate 5 recently laid eggs & four 1st & one 2nd instar larvae on Common mw, reported separately.
