Yesterday I released 7 butterflies; 3 males, 3 females and one that was too fast for me to check.
Today I am releasing 2 female and one male butterflies.
We have TONS of milkweed, but the aphids are especially bad this year.
I have another 30+ chrysalis at this time, and <40 caterpillars as well as 5 eggs (despite efforts to NOT pick milkweed that is occupied!).
