Counted 50 stems of common milkweed here . Small green seed pods starting to form . Cortland elementary school gardens started by dekalb county community gardens over 5 years ago. No monarch eggs or larvae noted. Black fungus or something g on the lower leaves and lots of dead unknown beetles. Probably sprayed with insecticide sadly. Weather is windy and cool today. Rained last evening.
