Counted the milkweed plants in our front garden. 35 (30 Common milkweed, 3 Swamp milkweed, 2 Butterfly weed) growing in the garden. 32 winter sown, potted milkweed (1 Common, 2 or 3 Butterfly Weed and the rest Swamp Milkweed). Most of the potted ones are destined for other gardens,to create additional Monarch habitat. So, in total, 67 Monarch host plants in our front yard.
