Ruby -throats continue to consume approximately a quart of sugar water every three days. In previous years the number of birds and activities such as chasing and squabbling over feeders, and the consumption of sugar water began to increase by now. However, this year all of the above is holding steady. I'd like to note that hummingbird activity this year, up to now, has been a little higher than usual.
