I was told that a Monarch butterfly was visiting small milkweed plants. When I checked today, I found five eggs on four different plants. All of the plants were immature, under 12". They are either A. speciosa or A. syriaca. Cool temperatures throughout the day, 70F, slight breeze. Way Station 9418
