Finally have larva. This is my first year of trying to actively help the Monarch. I was getting pretty discouraged. I spent hundreds on a seed starting system and grow lights. I ordered milkweed seeds and tithonia seeds to provide nectar for the butterfly and food for the larva. Until now I have only had a few sightings of Monarchs and no larva at all. I am excited to hopefully see them metamorphosize into adults in time to start the journey south.
