Sighted one adult Monarch, gender unknown. Flew to landscape island of Black Eyed Susans and tall garden phlox in front yard, stayed briefly, left and circled back to a stand of Joe Pye weed in front yard, seemed to nectar briefly, then left headed East. Weather sunny, temperature 99 degrees, no wind.
