Native obedient plants are starting to bloom profusely 🎈 They are a late bloomer for humming birds and bumblebees. And these plants self sow.
Be aware, in our area, deer like to consume obedient plants. If you have a deer herd, you’ll want to protect your obedient plant flowers.
In our Zone 5b, obedient plant flowers begin a “big show†at the same time hummers are beginning their migration.
