Number: 11

Captive-reared larvae.

THe number 11 is what I have in one mesh cage and a few containers right now.
Most are 4th instar with a couple 2nd and 3rd.

I am keeping these to bring to a school fair on Sept 7.

I had had several others that I collect and protect until they reach about 3rd instar. I thought they might have a better chance making it to adult. They always disappear, though, There are plenty of wasps, spiders, beetles, ants, etc., in my yard, even a mantis or two.
