Seacliff Park, Leamington. A few kms north of Point Pelee.
Annually monarchs cluster at this Park early during migration usually last week of Aug/first week of Sept.
715-8pm. Sunset-8:12.
Cold front arrived today. 20°c & sunny dropping tonight to 13°. Strong NE wind @20/31kmh. Observed 1 & maybe 2 monarchs fly in from the east & flutter high up near top of very tall tree. Fluttered at branch tips looking for others. Eventually left flying west. Lost sight amongst tall mature trees. No clusters located.
