Filled nectar feeders twice today, as our little guests were very busy :) There are 3 boys. There was extensive activity in the flowers and at the 14 Humm Zinger feeders. All hummers ceased activity and went to be at 8:35 PM.
It’s predicted to be 45 degrees tomorrow morning, so they’ll enjoy the warm nectar. The feeders are placed in the garage every night, so the raccoon doesn’t raid and hide them:)
Flowers visited today: Butterfly bushes, Lantanas, salvias, nasturtiums, Dicentra luxuriant, phlox, pink turtleheads, native blue lobelias, native cardinal flowers, jewel weed, swamp milkweed, petunias, trumpet vines, zinnias, wild petunias
