Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 08/28/2023

Number: 25

Another perfect day for migration. Only 8C this a:m, but got up to feeling like 25C. The winds were light from the NNE again today with slight gusts from time to time. First sighted monarchs in our gardens at 9:30 a:m and there was a steady flow of them entering from the north.
They would fill up and move on, always leaving in a southwest direction. It was mostly sunny all day again. We didn't see any more monarchs after about 6 p:m.
