Yesterday's afternoon 3 p.m. skinny young full throat feathers came back at 8 a.m to feeder. Short tail.

Went up in Maple tree afterwards that I could see his age thru field glasses. Preening, itching his feathers. Looking left right constantly for orhers.

No sight of resident, summer, possible nesters anymore.
