At least 45 in about an hour in the late morning on Dunes Beach, on a small lake, and about 5 in about two hours in the late afternoon on Sandbanks Beach, a short distance away on Lake Ontario: a drastic difference. Also a large number of small yellow butterflies on the dunes beach.
