I previously reported seeing one bird today, but I have since seen a distinctly different one. They're both females or juveniles, but the first one, which has returned once, is skittish and has a grey neck. This second one sits on the footrest to drink and has a white neck. When not eating, they are hanging out in a tree nearby.
