One of 2 in photo that are still here, they are both young male rubythroats. This one came in at 7:30 a.m. after other smaller one came hovering over my head at 6:45 a.m. looking about under pergola.

They both are chasing and zooming in and out to feeders until 10 a.m. before I quit watching. Small one comes to high view feeder panting when sipping after being chased. These two are very entertaining.

We do have different feeder styles out to keep clean for fall migration, even though hot 100 today into September.
