One adult monarch at 8:30am stayed all day, a second one joined it around 6:30pm. The two were chasing each other around the backyard. All day the one was nectaring on sunflowers (blackland prairie native variety), zinnias, and blue mist flowers.In the evening everyone was nectaring on the sunflowers. Morning low 80'sF, sunny, light SE breeze. Evening 96F, sunny, no wind.
