Overcast, misting, 72 degrees at 11:40 am. Many great games of chase and play primarily in groups of two and three hummingbirds at a time.
There are 3 boys still here.
A lot of “window pepping†as they come close to the windows, hover, and look in. 🎈💕
When they’re not chasing one another they are in the flowers, or perching, and preening in the top branches that have been placed by their feeders.
Visiting the following flowers: butterfly bush, nasturtiums, salvias, lantanas, impatients, petunias, blue lobelias, cardinal flowers, obedient plants, pink turtleheads, clematis ragouchi, trumpet vines. Zinnias, Wild petunias, 4 o clocks foxgloves and phlox.
