Ruby Throated Hummingbird gleaning on Chamaecyparis nootkatensis 'Sparkling Arrow'. Blue Jays, Cooper's hawks are now residing on the conifers surrounding the garden. Chipmunks, squirrels and tree frogs left the woodlands for floral sunny garden in search of insects/seeds. Ruby Throated Hummingbirds are mostly on flowering plants due to high temperatures (88-92*F) since Sunday.
