These two female ruby throated hummingbirds have been seen together for most of the summer. In this picture, you can see one is hanging upside down on the perch, while the other one is drinking from the feeder. We thought this was odd behind, but my husband looked it up and found out that hummingbirds hang upside down when they are tired. Interesting fact we didn’t know!
