At least eight hummingbirds, possibly more, are tanking up for their long migration. The frenzy at the feeders and flowers are sometimes too fast for me to count the number involved.

The feeders become empty very quickly and some days the feeders are filled twice.

They have been especially active after stormy downpours.

We will miss them when the final one stops by for "fuel".
