Had a visitor come to my hummingbird feeder today; not one that is familiar with my feeder because she did not fly directly to it. She didn’t stay long, had a quick drink and was on her way. This prompted me to grab, clean and refill the feeder with fresh nectar I had made. I am ready for the next migrant. She may have visited my Rose of Sharons adjacent to the feeder, as they are still in bloom. Pleasant 21°C with partly cloudy conditions and very light wind.
