Picture taken this Thursday morning @ 9:09 am.

Nice and cool this morning, not sure what the temp was this morning, but at 2:54 this afternoon it's 74 degrees and we got a nice steady rain in the late morning, not a pour down, the rain was able to soak into the ground and not just run off. There is almost 5/8 of an inch in the rain gauge as of 2:54. And this morning there was almost 1/8 of an inch from over night. Finally we're getting much need rain!

I'm thinking the adult male hummer has headed south, I did not see him today, but I did see a flash of red on a hummer yesterday. Today I'm seeing two hummers chasing each other about off and on today.

This female hummer is sitting on a shepherds hook that holds a hanging basket of red Petunias.
