Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 09/15/2923

Number: 1

I attempted to get a photo, but it did not pan out. There were not many this year, typically i would have several dozen. I witnessed 3 cats on my milkweed plants. Usually by this time frame on the calendar my milkweed would decimated from monarch cats, this was not the case this year. I have witnessed maybe a dozen adults this season in flight on my property and out about driving in our region. I usually start seeing them them mid August. I will say this is not a typical observation for me. Thank you. J Mackey
