Photo is of an older male rubythroat nectaring from potted Lime 'Sizzler,' again at 7 :30 a.m. While other males and females go to flower bed Hamelias, potted Mexican honeysuckle bush about same time before feeders. Older males, females have figured to nectar first away from feeder territory fights of younger rubythroats that all starts up at 7 a.m.
There're ignoring potted 'Blue Swede shoes' salvia that is blooming a lot.
14 in todays chases still ongoing now at 1:30 afternoon time.
