Although I’ve counted two females today, this one has been sitting on this feeder in the rain all day since very early in the morning, barely eating anything. She’s still defending the feeder from intruders, though. She seems more tired than any of the others I’ve seen migrating over the years. Maybe she got caught up in Lee’s winds somewhere along the way.
