Total of n=24 monarchs spot-lighted at 1015pm in Groups of 5-9 with smaller loose groups of 2-3 and some single monarchs all roosting in a large green ash tree. 59F. As many as 6-7 were seen in nearby Liatris throughout the day which was mostly cloudy and cool with infrequent, very-light rain showers.
