This is a report of counting Monarch butterflies in our field of Common Milkweed over the period from July 14 through September 18 (today). The graph given here gives the number counted during standard routine walks around the field. The first Monarch arrived on the 14th of July. Others arrived by the end of the month. The count after that were of the next generation coming from the field.
