Sightings report image

Date: 09/21/2023

Number: 300

I was mowing (right before expected rain) and suddenly when I mowed along the line of pine trees there were hundreds of butterflies. I ran to get my camera, when I returned there were still several butterflies but not as many as there were at first. They were everywhere, I’m guessing hundreds of them. The trees were full.
