I was able to confirm that 5 monarch catepillars completed their metamorphosis this week in our backyard. We had in excess of 20 catepillars, but I was on a two week vacation. When I returned I could located only 5 chrysalis'. Each of those completed their metamorphosis successfully. All of the butterflies appeared healthy.
