Enjoying our coffee we saw this monarch land on our zowie zinnia for about 30 seconds and then continue on his or her journey south. Two more flew about forty feet over heading south. It was 64 degrees with a light wind out of the south. Our house borders a 3 acre field to our north with Canadian golden rod and New England Aster a plenty.
