One monarch showed at 9 a:m and left very quickly. We did not see another one until about 4 p:m when 2 flew in to our yard from the north side, They both stopped on butterfly bushes for only a few minutes, just long enough for me to take 2 quick pics. They left in a southwest direction. High today was 25C and mostly sunny with winds from the East gusting up to 42 kph.
