On both 9/23/2023 and 9/24/2023, easily 100s of Monarchs were observed flying and roosting in this tree row. Multiple roosts in multiple trees. Most of the trees are mulberry, but other tree species are elm, ash, and buckthorn. The estimated numbers of butterflies roosting together in a group ranged from 5 up to 50.
