This morning at approximately 8am for the fifth morning in a row I checked out a previous year(s) roosting site and as in the previous four days I found only one or two roosting Monarchs there.
I checked the area again at 930am today and from 930am to noon myself and two other volunteers observed 50-100 Monarchs in the roost site and in the adjacent Sunflower and Goldenrod fields.

We tagged and released 13 Adult Monarchs.
