Observation time was from 6:30pm until 7:30pm. Temperature was 71 degrees, with sunny skies and wind gusts of 11mph out of the east. Only one plump female ruby throated hummer appeared aat my four hanging feeders. She showed up about 7:15pm and drank for of three minutes off and on before flying into a heavy leafed maple tree next to the patio. temperature is expected to be a low of 49 degrees overnight.
