Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 10/03/2023

Number: 3

Juvenile ruby-throated hummers like this male continue to straggle in from the north. 3 juveniles nectared mostly from feeders today. Bee activity had really decreased so the hummers used most of the feeders. The 3 seem to really be tanking up at the feeders and be could gone tomorrow. The day was sunny and very windy with highs in the 80's. Big change in temperature coming on Wednesday. Was not able to observe an evening quitting time.
