Was only seeing 1 ruby-throated hummer almost all day until around sunset when 1 did a fly-by and another was on a feeder. Not sure if the second one arrived sometime this evening or earlier in the afternoon. There was a lot of perching between feeding until a little more than an hour of daylight left and there was more activity at the nectar feeders. As with last evening there was more nectaring at flowers than feeders very late. Flowers were pink salvia, black-and-blue salvias and cigar flowers. High temperature was in low 60"s with partly sunny day. Quitting time was 6;58 p.m. central daylight time.
