Was struggling against the wind to find purchase on the north east side of a Maple tree in a row of tall Maple trees on the perimeter of a residential property adjacent to a field of soy beans that are ready to be harvested. Observed at 14:10, just prior to rain starting to fall. Didn’t actually locate where he found a roost, too many leaves, too much wind. Overcast, wind SSW 23kph with gusts up to 34 kph, humidity 64%, dewpoint 16°C, barometric pressure 101.4 kPa and falling.
