Llano Estacado Texas Master Naturalists spent the afternoon tagging Monarchs and testing for OE. This photo shows one of the tagged monarchs roosting in a live oak tonight. Historically, today is peak day for my location. So far, there have been hundreds roosting this week. Hopefully the remaining thousands are just around the corner. Majority of ones so far are healthy and strong.
