Male Rufous going to feeder every 20 minutes around 10:30 on today. For a change from nectaring from salvias. Stormy 2 days predicted. JB feeder covered with clear squirel baffle to keep it dry. And ties on hook for heavy winds in storms also predicted.

By way, we Christmas shop starting in October since Houston has weekly rainy, cold snaps, of diverse weather in winter. That helps so we can watch winter behavior of hummingbird/songbird migration more often.
