I saw a couple of birds on the ground searching for food about the size and acting like robins do as they forage. One was obviously a male flicker, but when I looked at the other through binoculars, I saw the typical robins breast colors. I looked around for others but saw none, and the two looked like they were moving together as a pair. Would love some input on this strange sighting.
