Our first early migration Rufous of 2024 still here. Went thru a bad rain/cold front yesterday at 4 p.m. But today he cane to feeder @ 7:04 a.m. and now 10:24 a.m. in photo . Wind is ruffling his feathers. I do know it's a very young male in that I saw his pointed tail feathers yesterday when he was charging at Chicadees going to their feeder. He was doing arials out of holly tree too.
We are in 50's again so he likes the Christmas lights feeder being warm.
