1 Monarch seen outside Chaparral Aquatic center at 4:45pm. 70F, some clouds, low breeze. It was flying about 20 feet up, not a directional flight, just circling the pine trees, almost alighting before flying to the next one. Eventually lost sight of it, no photo possible.
