This afternoon I saw a Monarch flying east in my front yard. I did not have my phone, so I could not take a photo. The individual was too high for me to see the sex. The butterfly rested on a Crepe Myrtle tree near a flowering Red Bud. Checking my Milkweed in the backyard, I still have no eggs.
