Resident Anna’s, 2 adult females, 2 adult males.
This morning saw a female at feeder at first light. Noticed something strange - turns out it was a recently hatched egg shell that was somehow caught/attached to her foot. Was able to fly and feed freely. Within an hour the shell released itself without apparent damage to female. Poor image quality (screen capture from video in low lighting).
